This document explains how the website printwithalpha.com (the “Website”) uses personal data and cookies.
The Website presents the brand ALPHAPRINT and may link to third-party distributors.
No direct sales or user account registration take place on this Website.

2) Data we process on the Website
- Technical data & cookies – IP address (possibly truncated/anonymized), cookie identifiers, device/browser information, session details, referral source, and Website interactions.
- Voluntary contacts – data you provide through contact forms or by email (e.g., name, email, phone, company, message content, attachments).
No user accounts, online sales, or payments are handled through this Website.
3) Contact forms
When you use a contact form on the Website, we process the following:
- Data collected: name, email, phone (if provided), company/position (if provided), message content, attachments; technical logs of submission (time, IP/UA); anti-spam verification.
- Purposes: responding to your inquiry, record-keeping of communication, prevention of spam/abuse.
- Legal bases:
- Legitimate interest of the Controller to respond and ensure Website security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Pre-contractual steps, if your inquiry relates to potential cooperation/business (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Consent, if you explicitly agree to receive marketing/newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This is always optional and does not affect form submission.
- Retention: for the time necessary to handle your request, usually up to 12 months; for legal defense purposes up to 3 years from last interaction.
- Recipients: our hosting, email, and CRM providers listed in Section 8.
- Anti-spam: forms may include basic anti-spam features (e.g. honeypot, server validation). If third-party services (e.g. CAPTCHA) are used, their policies apply.
- Sensitive data: we do not request special category data; please do not include such information in your message.

- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta Pixel (Facebook & Instagram).
- Google Ireland Limited – Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, YouTube tracking.
- Seznam.cz, a.s. – Sklik measurement/remarketing (Czech market).
Data may be transferred outside the EU/EAA (e.g. to the USA) within these groups, under GDPR safeguards (EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, and supplementary measures).
6) Links to third-party distributors
The Website may link to external online shops/distributors of ALPHAPRINT products.
When you follow such links, the privacy policies of those third parties apply.
We recommend reviewing them before making a purchase or providing any data.
7) Data retention
- Cookies: see the table above (usually up to 24 months for analytics and up to 13 months for marketing).
- Contact forms & email communication: kept for handling inquiries (typically 12 months); for legal defense up to 3 years.
8) Recipients and processors
- DataStack, s.r.o. – Website hosting & maintenance.
- Microsoft Corporation – Email and cloud services (Outlook/Office 365).
- ClickUp – CRM / task & communication management.
- Analytics & marketing platforms – TikTok, Meta, Google, Seznam (only with consent).
All partners operate under data processing agreements and GDPR safeguards.
9) International data transfers
If data are transferred outside the EU/EEA (e.g. to the USA within Google, Meta, TikTok), this occurs under GDPR safeguards: adequacy decisions (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.
10) Your rights
- Right of access and to obtain a copy of your data,
- Right to rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing,
- Right to object (in particular to processing based on legitimate interests),
- Right to withdraw consent (for analytics/marketing cookies or newsletters) at any time,
- Right to data portability, where technically feasible,
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
